The SATO NX Series of industrial barcode printers provides high-quality labels and tags and is engineered for outstanding ease of use. The compact, space-saving design includes a host of features to make operation and maintenance fast and simple. These printers boast a best-in-class printhead opening of 60o for unhampered internal access, while the tool-less platen roller replacement and snap-in design of the printhead facilitate parts changing. Coreless ribbon uptake assists with loading. The full-color 3.5-inch LCD user interface includes access to instructional videos for maintenance, operation, and error resolution. NX printers also feature media auto-calibration to adjust sensor levels, and a head check function to perform printhead status analysis before each print job, increasing accuracy. The Next Generation of Industrial Barcode Printers

The SATO NX Series includes models for 4-inch label printing (the CL4NX) and 6-inch labels (the CL6NX). Both provide direct thermal and thermal transfer printing at resolutions of 203 and 305 dpi. The CL4NX is also capable of printing at 609 dpi for ultra-crisp labels. In addition, the CL4NX offers the option of an RFID encoder (UHF ISO/IEC 18000-6 or HF ISO/IEC 15693 modules) for creating RFID labels with optimal inlay encoding. And both models feature SATO’s customizable Application Enabled Printing (AEP) Technology, which means they can serve as stand-alone printing solutions without the need for a PC, thereby reducing overall costs and complexity.
