Comprehensive Support for Zebra Solutions
All of our technicians have completed the extensive training required to qualify Imprint Enterprises as a Zebra Authorized Service Provider. In order to ensure that Imprint continues to meet Zebra’s standards, each technician must complete recertification on an annual basis. As a ZASP, Imprint services customer equipment using genuine Zebra parts and printheads to ensure that it continues to perform like new. In addition, our ZASP technicians have years of experience with label generation software, mobile device management (MDM), wired and wireless networking, servers, and databases.
Any Imprint Enterprises customer can benefit from the following ZASP technical support services:
- Zebra printer installation and set-up, as well as network support and depot or on-site repairs
- Telephone support from Imprint’s Zebra-certified technical support team
- Service from out Zebra-certified repair technicians
- Access to Zebra OneCare, which offers extended warranties and maintenance contracts
